they want tailored experiences across all channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The influence of social media and content creators is reshaping the purchasing funnel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>China and India already show that more than 50% of travelers are directly influenced by content. <em>creators<\/em>, and this trend is also growing in Brazil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Virtual tours and AI-generated content are new conversion tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The corporate traveler demands efficiency:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>78% of business travelers expect digital payments and <em>self check-in<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The 25% prefers app-based and self-service interactions, which directly impacts operations and the creation of frictionless experience journeys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AI Agent: The New Frontier.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we speak of <em>GenAI<\/em> (which generates content), <em>Agentic AI<\/em> It goes further: it acts autonomously, makes decisions and executes actions without human intervention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the hotel industry, this means:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>AI adjusting bids in real time;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AI interacting directly with <em>marketplaces<\/em> and future \u201cpurchasing assistants\u201d for customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And the most provocative point: <em>\u201cYour next guest could be an AI agent.\u201d<\/em><br>The panel was straightforward: from now on, hotels need to prepare their teams not only to serve human guests, but also to &quot;converse&quot;
