All of this empowers hotels to meet the complex expectations of today&#039;s public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The workday became an opportunity<\/strong> \u2013 many hotels already offer <em>day-use<\/em>, catering to those who want to rest, work, or recharge between flights, something that most seasonal rentals can&#039;t offer with the same structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Smarter distribution and strong connectivity<\/strong> \u2013 Several platforms help hotels align content, rates, and positioning, while STR faces technological limitations in competing in these \u201ccorporate niches\u201d with true scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Patterns of behavior between generations<\/strong> - the <em>boomers<\/em> They look for reliability, <em>millennials<\/em> Smart convenience in a bleisure plan, and Gen Z brings unpredictability.
