Membership Terms and Conditions – HSMAI LATAM

This document establishes the terms and conditions that regulate the relationship between the HSMAI LATA ASSOCIATION, represented in accordance with its statutes, hereinafter "the ASSOCIATION" or "HSMAI", and the natural person who registers under any of the available forms of membership, hereinafter "the ASSOCIATE".

1. General Considerations
1.1 Membership is personal and non-transferable. Each member will be entitled to the benefits described in Section 5 of this document.
1.2 By completing your registration through the official website of the ASSOCIATION (hsmaibrasil.org), the ASSOCIATE expressly declares his/her willingness to join, accepting and submitting to both the statutes and the stipulated conditions.

1.3 The application for membership will be evaluated by the Board of Directors of HSMAI BRASIL, in accordance with the provisions of the entity's bylaws.

2. Contribution and Access to Benefits
2.1 The ASSOCIATE may choose the value of its contribution from the options available on the website: hsmaibrasil.org/associe-se2.
2.2 Only members who are up to date with their payments will be able to access the benefits described in clause 5.
2.3 In the event of non-payment, access to the site and benefits will be automatically suspended and may be reactivated once outstanding fees have been regularized, without prior notice.
2.4 In the case of automatic renewal, the value of the contribution will be adjusted annually based on the IPCA index.

3. Validity and Renewal
3.1 The ASSOCIATE agrees to maintain his/her active membership for a minimum period of 12 (twelve) months, which implies making 12 monthly payments.
3.2 If you do not express your wish to cancel, the membership will be automatically renewed for a new 12-month period.
3.3 Each renewal will also entail a new minimum loyalty commitment for 12 months.

4. Cancellation and Penalties
4.1 If the MEMBER wishes to cancel their membership, they must notify the ASSOCIATION in writing at least 30 days before the end of the 12-month period. Otherwise, their membership will be automatically renewed for another year.
4.2 Early cancellation entails payment of a penalty proportional to the time remaining in the loyalty period, as well as reimbursement of the benefits received as a member, the value of which will be determined by the ASSOCIATION.
4.3 Members excluded for non-payment may be reinstated by paying the outstanding dues and completing a new membership process.

5. Benefits for Active Members
5.1 Free access to all open events organized by HSMAI in Brazil and Latin America.
5.2 Receiving the weekly HSMAI Insights newsletters on international sales, marketing and revenue management.
5.3 Preferential access with special conditions to HSMAI Academy courses, certifications and webinars (academy.hsmai.org).
5.4 Networking opportunities with national and international professionals.
5.5 Exclusive discounts on HSMAI events, publications and international activities.

6. Final Conditions
6.1 By registering as a member on the ASSOCIATION's virtual platform, I declare that:
• I fully understand and accept the terms set forth in this document and in the HSMAI bylaws.
• I agree to comply with all obligations arising from my membership while it is valid.

Jurisdiction: For the interpretation of this contract and the resolution of any potential disputes, the parties agree to submit to the courts of the Capital District of the State of São Paulo, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

By accepting this document, you expressly authorize HSMAI LATAM, represented in accordance with its bylaws, hereinafter "the Association" or "HSMAI-LATAM", to make decisions related to the use of your personal data, as well as to carry out its processing, which includes operations such as the collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, storage, deletion, evaluation, modification, communication, transfer, disclosure or extraction of data.

1. Purpose of this Authorization
By this authorization, you allow us to use your personal data exclusively for purposes related to your relationship with HSMAI LATAM, in compliance with the LGPD. We are committed to respecting your privacy and acting transparently regarding the use of your information.

2. What data do we collect and how do we use it?
By interacting with our services, you consent to us collecting, processing, and storing your personal data. This may include:
- Information provided upon registration: full name, address, email, phone number, photograph, and information necessary for your affiliation or participation in activities.
- Communications: data generated through emails, calls, messages, or other means of contact with our team.
- Payment information: card details, bank accounts, billing, CPF, CNPJ, and other data necessary to manage transactions and payments.

3. What do we use your data for?
The data collected will be used for:
- Provide, improve and personalize our services.
